USA Shipping

We ship across the United States to all fifty states. Western states require extra fees for shipping. Exact shipping fees can be calculated by adding items to your cart and entering your address on the checkout page. NOT ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE ACCURATE! IF CHANGES GET MADE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IN EMAIL PROVIDED OF SHIPPING CHANGE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSE. SOME PRODUCTS COST MORE TO SHIP DUE TO UPS SHIPPING CHARGES. Baluster lengths over 4ft will be charged extra for shipping due to UPS long length box shipping cost. You will be notified in email you provided for price change before card is charged.

Local Michigan residents please put in notes for pick up. We will wave shipping fee before order is charged.

Limitations on Package Verification

It is the customer’s obligation to verify the contents of their order within three (3) days of delivery. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us to help you resolve it. We do not accept returns on custom orders like Special Length balusters, Gates, Any Style Of Rail or  Any Style Of Post. nor any product that has been open or used on project.
