Return Policy

The Deck Barn uses many suppliers so it will be necessary to call 734-595-1602 [M-F 8-5 or Sat. 10-2 EST] to determine the correct address for a return.  Once we have received credit from our supplier, you will be issued an in-store credit.  Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

We cut many different baluster sizes for customers all day long.  Our only stock sizes are 26″, 32″, and 36″ can be returned. Any sizes other than 26″ 32″ or 36″ are non refundable. 

Only complete bundles of 20 and unwrapped items will be eligible for ANY return.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. The 25% restocking fees off set the time it took to get product, pack, tape and ship your box.

Please include order# on box.

WE CUSTOM MAKE RAILING FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.  THERE IN NO RETURN POLICY REGARDING RAILING WE HAVE MADE FOR YOU.

If you find this Return Policy to be unsatisfactory, You can try selling your unwanted items on eBay or other similar websites at your discretion. TheDeckBarn.com will not be accountable for any fees, lost or damaged items, or shipping costs that are sold third-party. 

You will receive tracking in email you provide. please follow tracking to receive your package. within 3 days of receiving package please inspect items. If you have any problems with the order please contact us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thedeckbarn.com and send your item to 38925 Michigan Ave, Wayne, MI 48184

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 38925 Michigan Ave, Wayne, Michigan 48184

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
