Clean, Modern Face Mount Baluster
The flat bar aluminum baluster delivers a clean, modern look for deck railing, stair railing, and interior applications. Each baluster is solid aluminum — 3/16″ thick by 1″ wide — with a durable black powder coat finish. Holes are pre-punched (not drilled) at each end for a precise, factory-clean appearance.
Stock and Custom Sizes
Stock sizes ship immediately in 32-1/4″ and 44″ lengths with 2 holes at each end.
Custom lengths are available from 24″ to 48″ with a 10-piece minimum per size. Custom orders can be made with 1 hole, 2 holes, or no holes — specify your preference in the order notes. Lengths over 48″ require a quote; contact us with your size and quantity.
Single-piece custom orders: Individual custom-length balusters (24″–48″) are available at $10.00 each plus shipping. Select the “S.O 1 Off” option and note your desired length.

We needed approximately 300 aluminum balusters to update our deck and stair cases. I called to inquire about stock delay. First, my call was picked up immediately by a LIVE person! Second, I was assured they could fill my request in little time. Third, I was encouraged to call back if there were any issues. GREAT IMPRESSION. At delivery, our black aluminum balusters were packed well in smaller amounts with shrink-wrap prior to boxing. They looked great, but not as great as they did after installation!

5 overall, heavily waited on the rapid delivery – less than 6 days! The powder coating was done before the machining, so some minor flaws around the screw holes.
