Baluster lengths over 4ft will be charged extra for shipping due to UPS long length box shipping cost. You May be notified in email you provided for price change before card is charged.
These are not face mount balusters, you will need to drill holes if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to what you have found elsewhere.

There was a mistake in delivering my first order. I called Steve, and he immediately sent the corrected order (250 square balusters), along with a prepaid UPS label for me to return the original order. I won’t go anywhere else for future orders.

Finish is great and lengths are a precise 26 inches. A few (out of 165) needed some minor tweaking to insert the caps but it wasn’t much of an issue.

I had an issue which was my fault in ordering online so I called them. They quickly helped me out so I could finish my online order. The product, aluminum deck spindles, were of high quality and they were package so as to not be scratched or damaged in any way in shipping. Bought these for a custom IPE wood deck that we are building. Although we just started installing the balusters, they are gorgeous and finish the deck with a high quality look. The price is super competitive and they shipped within one day of the order. Customer service prior to the order were friendly, fast, efficient and even called me back when they gave me misinformation over the phone….couldn’t be more pleased with the service and that rates very high on my list!! Wish they shipped in sturdier boxes or separated the order as the box was very damaged and too heavy to move through the house. Overall, I am thrilled and so are all my friends!

Had seen the square balusters in one of the big box stores and liked the look. I found them at the Deck Barn at a great price. We found them to be of good quality and not too difficult to work with. The balusters fit tightly into the connectors so that once you get both ends in they are tight enough to hold the rails together to carry to fit into place. The rails on our deck are complete and look fantastic.
