Q: How do you determine the cost for shipping?

A: The cost of shipping products is determined by the shipping companies (UPS, Fed-Ex or U.S. Mail).  We do not charge more or less than other companies.  The cost of shipping products in the U.S. is determined by weight.  The cost to ship spindles will vary from company to company by maybe 10%. The true value of the products we sell lies in the cost of the product and will rarely be negated by the difference in shipping cost.

Q:  How do I log in?

A:  Only enter your name and address and no symbols. Html [the code needed to write this so it is visible to you] will reject it every time.  Its the symbols you are using that will mess things up every time.  Use only letters of the alphabet and the numbers no symbols. 

Q: What if my order is short? 

A:  It is your obligation to verify your order within 2 days of arrival.  We will be happy and make every effort to assist you within that time frame.
