Q: I logged in as a new customer and it took me back to the original page what's up?

A: Just enter your E Mail and password in the blank spaces on the right and you will be able to proceed, click the button on the bottom and on you go.

Q:  How do I log in?

A:  Only enter your name and address and no symbols. Html [the code needed to write this so it is visible to y);ou] will reject it every time.  Its the symols you are using that will mess things up every time.  Use only letters of the alphabet and the numbers no symbols. 

Q: What if my order is short? 

A:  It is your obligation to verify your order within 2 days of arrival.  We will be happy and make every effort to assist you within that time frame.
